To build student agency, parents, schools, and students themselves all play a role. In this conversation, researcher and author Rebecca Block, PhD, will briefly share insights from conversations with students around the country about what supported their developing agency, and then open the floor to questions and conversation Rebecca Block, PhD, is the author of a recent book on understanding and unlocking teen motivation in school and life, drawn from interviews with high school and college students all over the country. She has been working in service of young people for almost two decades, is a passionate advocate for inclusive and empowering learning environments and is also a fellow parent of students in LMSD.
